CVE-2019-8380: Null Pointer Dereference

A NULL pointer dereference occurs in AP4Track::GetSampleIndexForTimeStampMs() located in Core/Ap4Track.cpp. It can triggered by sending a crafted file to the mp4audioclip binary.
