CVE-2021-3566 is a vulnerability in ffmpeg prior to version 4.3.
CVE-2021-3566 affects ffmpeg versions prior to 4.3.
By crafting a legitimate ffconcat file that references an image followed by a file that triggers the tty demuxer, an attacker could copy the contents of the second file into the output file.
To fix CVE-2021-3566 in Ubuntu, update ffmpeg to version 4.3 or later.
To fix CVE-2021-3566 in Debian, update ffmpeg to version 7:4.1.9-0+deb10u1, 7:4.1.11-0+deb10u1, 7:4.3.6-0+deb11u1, 7:5.1.3-1, or 7:6.0-7.
