CVE-2023-54411: Frappe before 13.32.0 Weak Authentication via Print View Key
Frappe framework before 13.32.0 uses weak authentication for print view access, because the print view key can be derived from data exposed by other whitelisted API endpoints. Attackers can generate a valid key to view documents through the print view without proper permissions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can exploit this issue?
An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit it. No prior privileges or user interaction are required, although deriving a valid print view key requires data exposed by other whitelisted API endpoints.
What information could be exposed?
An attacker who generates a valid key can view documents through the print view despite lacking the proper document permissions. The reported impact is confidentiality loss; integrity and availability impacts are not indicated.
Which deployments should be treated as affected?
Frappe versions before 13.32.0 are affected. Deployments are exposed where print view access is available and the required key-derivation data can be obtained from whitelisted API endpoints.
