In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

drm/amd/display: Run DCLOGDC after checking link->linkenc

[WHAT] The DCLOGDC should be run after link->linkenc is checked, not before.

This fixes 1 REVERSEINULL issue reported by Coverity.
