CVE-2025-30417: Out of Bounds Write in Library!DecodeBase64() in NI Circuit Design Suite
There is a memory corruption vulnerability due to an out of bounds write in Library!DecodeBase64() when using the SymbolEditor in NI Circuit Design Suite.
