Devices running Juniper Networks Junos OS or Junos OS Evolved are exposed when J-Web web management is enabled and its HTTP or HTTPS service is reachable by an attacker.

2

Does exploitation require credentials or user interaction?

No. The vulnerability is exploitable by an unauthenticated network attacker and does not require privileges or user interaction.

3

What access could an attacker gain?

An attacker could obtain root-level device configuration access and take over the affected device.
