CVE-2026-110764: AstronRPA through 1.1.6 Cross-Tenant File Disclosure via /file/download
AstronRPA through 1.1.6 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in the resource-service /file/download endpoint that allows authenticated users to download other tenants' files by supplying their fileId. Attackers can enumerate predictable time-ordered Snowflake file IDs, since FileMapper.getFile performs no owner or tenant check, to retrieve S3-stored files uploaded by other tenants.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can exploit this issue?
An authenticated AstronRPA user with access to the resource-service /file/download endpoint can attempt exploitation. No additional user interaction is required, but the attacker must obtain or enumerate a target fileId.
Are files from other tenants exposed?
Yes. The endpoint does not perform an owner or tenant check when retrieving a file, so an authenticated user may download files uploaded by other tenants if they supply a valid fileId.
What makes file enumeration possible?
The affected implementation uses predictable, time-ordered Snowflake file IDs. An attacker can enumerate candidate IDs and use the download endpoint to retrieve files associated with valid IDs.
Which versions are known to be affected?
AstronRPA through version 1.1.6 is identified as affected.
