Frequently Asked Questions

1

Who can exploit this issue?

An authenticated low-privilege metasfresh user can exploit it. The attacker must be able to make requests to the /rest/api/board REST API.

2

What access can an attacker gain or change?

An attacker can use the getBoard and getCard handlers to read records outside their authorized role or organization scope. They can also use addCard, removeCard, and patchCard to modify board card assignments.

3

Are unauthenticated attackers affected?

The available information identifies this as an authenticated-user issue and does not indicate unauthenticated exploitation. Low privileges are sufficient because the affected handlers lack record-level role and organization authorization checks.
