CVE-2026-111601: Hippoo Mobile App for WooCommerce <= 1.12.0 - Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via 'token_id' Parameter
The Hippoo Mobile App for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'tokenid' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.12.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The URL path regex constrains the path segment to word characters, but WPRESTRequest's query-string parameter precedence allows a ?tokenid= value to override it and reach the handler verbatim, bypassing the regex constraint entirely.

Frequently Asked Questions
What must an attacker do to exploit this issue?
An attacker does not need authentication, but must persuade a user to perform an action such as clicking a crafted link. The malicious token_id value is supplied in the query string, where it overrides the URL path value processed by the REST request.
Which installations are affected?
All Hippoo Mobile App for WooCommerce versions through 1.12.0 are affected. The issue is reachable through the plugin's REST handling of the token_id parameter.
What is the likely impact if exploitation succeeds?
Injected script can execute in the affected user's browser in the context of the vulnerable page. This can expose information available to that user and allow actions permitted by that user's session.
