CVE-2026-17001: Import and export users and customers <= 2.4.5 - Authenticated (Custom+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via User Meta Profile Fields

Published Oct 15, 2026
·
Updated

The Import and export users and customers plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Custom Column User Meta Profile Fields in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
