Frequently Asked Questions
Who is realistically exposed to this issue?
Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager deployments running supported version 11.2.25.0.000 are affected. Exploitation requires a high-privileged attacker with network access via SQL, so exposure is primarily limited to users or accounts already holding elevated privileges and able to reach the relevant SQL interface.
What could an attacker do if they exploit it?
A successful attack can allow unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data and unauthorized update, insert, or delete operations on some accessible data. The vulnerability has no availability impact in the provided CVSS assessment.
Does exploitation require user interaction or difficult attack conditions?
No user interaction is required, and the attack complexity is rated low. However, the attacker must already have high privileges and network access via SQL.
