A registered user who has permission to edit their own events or venues can exploit it. The relevant permission may be granted through the eventowner=1 setting or the core.edit.own permission.

The attacker must submit a forged POST request containing another user's event or venue record ID while setting created_by to the attacker's own user ID. This can result in the attacker taking ownership of that record.
