Replace devm_pm_runtime_set_active_enabled() with manual runtime PM setup and teardown: enable runtime PM once in probe; in remove, call pm_runtime_disable() before dropping the usage count with pm_runtime_put_noidle() instead of pm_runtime_put_sync(). Clear use_autosuspend in the probe error path so teardown occurs while runtime PM is still enabled.
