Who should treat this as an incident?
Any organization or user with @adminide-stack/forms-core installed or running on a computer should treat that computer as fully compromised.
What should be done immediately?
Rotate all secrets and keys stored on the affected computer immediately, using a different computer. Remove the package, but do not assume removal alone eliminates the compromise.
