UBUNTU-CVE-2026-31542: Medium severity ubuntu/linux-hwe-edge vulnerability
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/platform/uv: Handle deconfigured sockets When a socket is deconfigured, it's mapped to SOCKEMPTY (0xffff). This causes a panic while allocating UV hub info structures. Fix this by using NUMANONODE, allowing UV hub info structures to be allocated on valid nodes.

Use NUMA_NO_NODE when allocating UV hub info structures so deconfigured sockets mapped to SOCK_EMPTY (0xffff) do not cause a panic and allocations use valid nodes.
Linux kernel x86/platform/uv NUMA node for UV hub info structure allocation = NUMA_NO_NODE
