The Master Slider – Responsive Touch Slider plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's msslider shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 3.10.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This issue was partially fixed in version 3.10.8.
The Master Slider WordPress plugin before 3.10.5 does not sanitise and escape some of its settings, which could allow high privilege users such as Editor and above to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks even when the unfilteredhtml capability is disallowed (for example in multisite setup).
