A buffer overflow was found during UTF8 to Unicode string conversion within JavaScript with extremely large amounts of data. This vulnerability requires the use of a malicious or vulnerable legacy extension in order to occur.
If the HOME environment variable is unset or empty, top will read its configuration file from the current working directory without any security check. If a user runs top with HOME unset in an attacker-controlled directory, the attacker could acieve privilege escalation by exploiting one of several vulnerabilities in the configfile() function.

An information disclosure vulnerability occurs when LibreOffice 6.0.3 and Apache OpenOffice Writer 4.1.5 automatically process and initiate an SMB connection embedded in a malicious file, as demonstrated by xlink:href=file://192.168.0.2/test.jpg within an office:document-content element in a .odt XML document.

An exploitable code execution vulnerability exists in the ILBM image rendering functionality of SDL2image-2.0.2. A specially crafted ILBM image can cause a heap overflow resulting in code execution. An attacker can display a specially crafted image to trigger this vulnerability.

A flaw was found in the way the Linux kernel handled exceptions delivered after a stack switch operation via Mov SS or Pop SS instructions. During the stack switch operation, processor does not deliver interrupts and exceptions, they are delivered once the first instruction after the stack switch is executed.
An unprivileged system user could use this flaw to crash the system kernel resulting in DoS.

This vulnerability in Apache Solr 1.2 to 6.6.2 and 7.0.0 to 7.2.1 relates to an XML external entity expansion (XXE) in the &dataConfig=<inlinexml> parameter of Solr's DataImportHandler. It can be used as XXE using file/ftp/http protocols in order to read arbitrary local files from the Solr server or the internal network.
