Bottle before 0.12.20 mishandles errors during early request binding.
Dpkg::Source::Archive in dpkg, the Debian package management system, before version 1.21.8, 1.20.10, 1.19.8, 1.18.26 is prone to a directory traversal vulnerability. When extracting untrusted source packages in v2 and v3 source package formats that include a debian.tar, the in-place extraction can lead to directory traversal situations on specially crafted orig.tar and debian.tar tarballs.
ecdsautils is a tiny collection of programs used for ECDSA (keygen, sign, verify). ecdsaverify[prepare]legacy() does not check whether the signature values r and s are non-zero. A signature consisting only of zeroes is always considered valid, making it trivial to forge signatures. Requiring multiple signatures from different public keys does not mitigate the issue: ecdsaverifylistlegacy() will accept an arbitrary number of such forged signatures. Both the ecdsautil verify CLI command and the libecdsautil library are affected. The issue has been fixed in ecdsautils 0.4.1. All older versions of ecdsautils (including versions before the split into a library and a CLI utility) are vulnerable.
In OpenLDAP 2.x before 2.5.12 and 2.6.x before 2.6.2, a SQL injection vulnerability exists in the experimental back-sql backend to slapd, via a SQL statement within an LDAP query. This can occur during an LDAP search operation when the search filter is processed, due to a lack of proper escaping.
Irzip v0.640 was discovered to contain a heap memory corruption via the component lrzip.c:initialisecontrol.
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C. PJSIP versions 2.12 and prior do not parse incoming RTCP feedback RPSI (Reference Picture Selection Indication) packet, but any app that directly uses pjmediartcpfbparserpsi() will be affected. A patch is available in the master branch of the pjsip/pjproject GitHub repository. There are currently no known workarounds.

PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C language. In versions prior to and including 2.12 PJSIP there is a stack-buffer overflow vulnerability which only impacts PJSIP users who accept hashed digest credentials (credentials with datatype PJSIPCREDDATADIGEST). This issue has been patched in the master branch of the PJSIP repository and will be included with the next release. Users unable to upgrade need to check that the hashed digest data length must be equal to PJSIPMD5STRLEN before passing to PJSIP.
Panorama Tools libpano13 v2.9.20 was discovered to contain an out-of-bounds read in the function panoParserFindOLine() in parser.c.
In nbd-server in nbd before 3.24, there is an integer overflow with a resultant heap-based buffer overflow. A value of 0xffffffff in the name length field will cause a zero-sized buffer to be allocated for the name, resulting in a write to a dangling pointer. This issue exists for the NBDOPTINFO, NBDOPTGO, and NBDOPTEXPORTNAME messages.
Under certain ldap conditions, Cacti authentication can be bypassed with certain credential types.
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C language implementing standard based protocols such as SIP, SDP, RTP, STUN, TURN, and ICE. In versions up to and including 2.11.1 when in a dialog set (or forking) scenario, a hash key shared by multiple UAC dialogs can potentially be prematurely freed when one of the dialogs is destroyed . The issue may cause a dialog set to be registered in the hash table multiple times (with different hash keys) leading to undefined behavior such as dialog list collision which eventually leading to endless loop. A patch is available in commit db3235953baa56d2fb0e276ca510fefca751643f which will be included in the next release. There are no known workarounds for this issue.
Read out-of-bounds in PJSUA API when calling pjsuarecordercreate. An attacker-controlled 'filename' argument may cause an out-of-bounds read when the filename is shorter than 4 characters.
Buffer overflow in PJSUA API when calling pjsuacalldump. An attacker-controlled 'buffer' argument may cause a buffer overflow, since supplying an output buffer smaller than 128 characters may overflow the output buffer, regardless of the 'maxlen' argument supplied
Stack overflow in PJSUA API when calling pjsuaplayercreate. An attacker-controlled 'filename' argument may cause a buffer overflow since it is copied to a fixed-size stack buffer without any size validation.
Stack overflow in PJSUA API when calling pjsuaplaylistcreate. An attacker-controlled 'filenames' argument may cause a buffer overflow since it is copied to a fixed-size stack buffer without any size validation.
Stack overflow in PJSUA API when calling pjsuarecordercreate. An attacker-controlled 'filename' argument may cause a buffer overflow since it is copied to a fixed-size stack buffer without any size validation.
Unaligned access in the CSN.1 protocol dissector in Wireshark 3.6.0 to 3.6.1 and 3.4.0 to 3.4.11 allows denial of service via packet injection or crafted capture file
In strongSwan before 5.9.5, a malicious responder can send an EAP-Success message too early without actually authenticating the client and (in the case of EAP methods with mutual authentication and EAP-only authentication for IKEv2) even without server authentication.
An issue was discovered in the DNS proxy in Connman through 1.40. The TCP server reply implementation lacks a check for the presence of sufficient Header Data, leading to an out-of-bounds read.
An issue was discovered in the DNS proxy in Connman through 1.40. forwarddnsreply mishandles a strnlen call, leading to an out-of-bounds read.
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C language implementing standard based protocols such as SIP, SDP, RTP, STUN, TURN, and ICE. In version 2.11.1 and prior, there are various cases where it is possible that certain incoming RTP/RTCP packets can potentially cause out-of-bound read access. This issue affects all users that use PJMEDIA and accept incoming RTP/RTCP. A patch is available as a commit in the master branch. There are no known workarounds.
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C language implementing standard based protocols such as SIP, SDP, RTP, STUN, TURN, and ICE. In versions 2.11.1 and prior, parsing an incoming SIP message that contains a malformed multipart can potentially cause out-of-bound read access. This issue affects all PJSIP users that accept SIP multipart. The patch is available as commit in the master branch. There are no known workarounds.
In Varnish Cache before 6.6.2 and 7.x before 7.0.2, Varnish Cache 6.0 LTS before 6.0.10, and and Varnish Enterprise (Cache Plus) 4.1.x before 4.1.11r6 and 6.0.x before 6.0.9r4, request smuggling can occur for HTTP/1 connections.

PIL.ImageMath.eval in Pillow before 9.0.0 allows evaluation of arbitrary expressions, such as ones that use the Python exec method ImageMath.eval("exec(exit())").
While Pillow 9.0.0 restricted top-level builtins available to PIL.ImageMath.eval(), it did not prevent builtins available to lambda expressions. These are now also restricted in 9.0.1.
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library. In version 2.11.1 and prior, if incoming RTCP XR message contain block, the data field is not checked against the received packet size, potentially resulting in an out-of-bound read access. This affects all users that use PJMEDIA and RTCP XR. A malicious actor can send a RTCP XR message with an invalid packet size.
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C language implementing standard based protocols such as SIP, SDP, RTP, STUN, TURN, and ICE. In affected versions if the incoming STUN message contains an ERROR-CODE attribute, the header length is not checked before performing a subtraction operation, potentially resulting in an integer underflow scenario. This issue affects all users that use STUN. A malicious actor located within the victim’s network may forge and send a specially crafted UDP (STUN) message that could remotely execute arbitrary code on the victim’s machine. Users are advised to upgrade as soon as possible. There are no known workarounds.
An out-of-bounds write vulnerability exists in the RS-274X aperture macro variables handling functionality of Gerbv 2.7.0 and dev (commit b5f1eacd) and the forked version of Gerbv (commit 71493260). A specially-crafted gerber file can lead to code execution. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability.
