Mozilla Firefox before 26.0, Firefox ESR 24.x before 24.2, Thunderbird before 24.2, and SeaMonkey before 2.23 do not recognize a user's removal of trust from an EV X.509 certificate, which makes it easier for man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof SSL servers in opportunistic circumstances via a valid certificate that is unacceptable to the user.
The nsGfxScrollFrameInner::IsLTR function in Mozilla Firefox before 26.0, Firefox ESR 24.x before 24.2, Thunderbird before 24.2, and SeaMonkey before 2.23 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted use of JavaScript code for ordered list elements.
It was reported [1],[2] that libjpeg and libjpeg-turbo would use uninitialized memory when decoding images with missing SOS data for the luminance component (Y) in the presence of valid chroma data (Cr, Cb). An example proof of concept that can be viewed in a browser is also available [3].
This was reported and fixed initially in Google Chrome/Chromium; it does not appear to be fixed in upstream libjpeg or libjpeg-turbo yet. Patches to the third party source in Chromium for libjpeg [4] and libjpeg-turbo [5] however are available.

An information disclosure flaw was found in the way libuser, an user and group account administration library, performed movement of user's home directory. Previously, during the move the ownership of all the (sub)entries present in directory tree, to be moved, were changed from privileged user account to the effective user id of the user, the home directory should belong to. A local attacker could use this flaw to conduct hardlink attacks and possibly obtain unauthorized access to arbitrary system file.
This issue was found by Miloslav Trmač of Red Hat.
Use-after-free vulnerability in the nsEventListenerManager::HandleEventSubType function in Mozilla Firefox before 26.0, Firefox ESR 24.x before 24.2, Thunderbird before 24.2, and SeaMonkey before 2.23 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (heap memory corruption) via vectors related to mListeners event listeners.
A flaw in certain programs that handle UDP traffic was discovered and assigned the name CVE-1999-0103 (that CVE specifically mentions echo and chargen as vulnerable). In 2002, a Nessus plugin was included [1] that reference this CVE name, but was for the kpasswd service. Until recently, this issue had not been reported upstream. This issue has since been reported upstream [2] and is now fixed [3].
If a malicious remote user were to spoof their IP address to that of another server running kadmind with the password change port (kpasswd, port 464), or to the target server's IP address itself), kpasswd will pass UDP packets to the spoofed address and reply each time. This can be used to consume bandwidth and CPU on the affected servers running kadmind.
This should be fixed in the for krb5-1.11.3 release.

A denial of service flaw was found in the way the server component of Freeciv before 2.3.4 processed certain packets. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted packet that, when processed would lead to memory exhaustion or excessive CPU consumption.
A TOCTOU (time-of-check time-of-use) race condition was found in the way libuser, a user and group account administration library, performed copying and removal of (user) directory trees. A local attacker, with permissions to write into particular directory, could use this flaw to conduct symbolic link attacks, leading to their ability to alter / remove directories outside of this directory (tree), if this directory was simultaneously modified (copied or removed) via libuser functionality.
This issue was found by Florian Weimer of Red Hat Product Security Team.
The file /etc/openstack-dashboard/localsettings within Red Hat OpenStack Platform 2.0 and RHOS Essex Release (python-django-horizon package before 2012.1.1) is world readable and exposes the secret key value.
mom creates world-writable pid files in /var/run
A full path disclosure flaw was found in the way DokuWiki, a standards compliant, simple to use Wiki, performed sanitization of HTTP POST 'prefix' input value prior passing it to underlying PHP substr() routine, when the PHP error level has been enabled on the particular server. A remote attacker could use this flaw to obtain full path location of particular requested DokuWiki page by issuing a specially-crafted HTTP POST request.

ClamAV before 0.97.7 has WWPack corrupt heap memory

An integer overflow flaw was found in the way samba read an EA list provided by the client. A malicious client could send a specially crafted EA list that wraps perfectly on a 32-bit boundary, causing the server to loop and re-process the list. This can cause Denial of Service via memory exhaustion.

MediaWiki before 1.19.4 and 1.20.x before 1.20.3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) by sending a specially crafted request.
MediaWiki before 1.19.4 and 1.20.x before 1.20.3 contains an error in the api.php script which allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information.
The prepreprocessreq function in dotgsreq.c in the Key Distribution Center (KDC) in MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.10.5 does not properly perform service-principal realm referral, which allows remote authenticated users to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and daemon crash) via a crafted TGS-REQ request.
