.NET and Visual Studio Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
Improper neutralization of user data in the DjVu file format in Exiftool versions 7.44 and up allows arbitrary code execution when parsing the malicious image
Insufficient data validation in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 90.0.4430.93 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page.
A race condition in Linux kernel SCTP sockets (net/sctp/socket.c) before 5.12-rc8 can lead to kernel privilege escalation from the context of a network service or an unprivileged process. If sctpdestroysock is called without socknet(sk)->sctp.addrwqlock then an element is removed from the autoasconfsplist list without any proper locking. This can be exploited by an attacker with network service privileges to escalate to root or from the context of an unprivileged user directly if a BPFCGROUPINETSOCKCREATE is attached which denies creation of some SCTP socket.

Google Chromium V8 Engine contains an improper input validation vulnerability that allows a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. This vulnerability could affect multiple web browsers that utilize Chromium, including, but not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.
Google Chromium Blink contains a use-after-free vulnerability that allows a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. This vulnerability could affect multiple web browsers that utilize Chromium, including, but not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.

This vulnerability could affect multiple web browsers that utilize Chromium, including, but not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.
A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server in versions before 1.20.11. An integer underflow can occur in xserver which can lead to a local privilege escalation. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity as well as system availability.
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.11.8. The sound/soc/qcom/sdm845.c soundwire device driver has a buffer overflow when an unexpected port ID number is encountered, aka CID-1c668e1c0a0f. (This has been fixed in 5.12-rc4.)
decompressgunzip.c in BusyBox through 1.32.1 mishandles the error bit on the huftbuild result pointer, with a resultant invalid free or segmentation fault, via malformed gzip data.
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.11.6. fastrpcinternalinvoke in drivers/misc/fastrpc.c does not prevent user applications from sending kernel RPC messages, aka CID-20c40794eb85. This is a related issue to CVE-2019-2308.
A vulnerability was discovered in how p2p/p2ppd.c in wpasupplicant before 2.10 processes P2P (Wi-Fi Direct) provision discovery requests. It could result in denial of service or other impact (potentially execution of arbitrary code), for an attacker within radio range.
A flaw was found in mupdf 1.18.0. Double free of object during linearization may lead to memory corruption and other potential consequences.
BIND servers are vulnerable if they are running an affected version and are configured to use GSS-TSIG features. In a configuration which uses BIND's default settings the vulnerable code path is not exposed, but a server can be rendered vulnerable by explicitly setting valid values for the tkey-gssapi-keytab or tkey-gssapi-credentialconfiguration options. Although the default configuration is not vulnerable, GSS-TSIG is frequently used in networks where BIND is integrated with Samba, as well as in mixed-server environments that combine BIND servers with Active Directory domain controllers. The most likely outcome of a successful exploitation of the vulnerability is a crash of the named process. However, remote code execution, while unproven, is theoretically possible. Affects: BIND 9.5.0 -> 9.11.27, 9.12.0 -> 9.16.11, and versions BIND 9.11.3-S1 -> 9.11.27-S1 and 9.16.8-S1 -> 9.16.11-S1 of BIND Supported Preview Edition. Also release versions 9.17.0 -> 9.17.1 of the BIND 9.17 development branch
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel 3.11 through 5.10.16, as used by Xen. To service requests to the PV backend, the driver maps grant references provided by the frontend. In this process, errors may be encountered. In one case, an error encountered earlier might be discarded by later processing, resulting in the caller assuming successful mapping, and hence subsequent operations trying to access space that wasn't mapped. In another case, internal state would be insufficiently updated, preventing safe recovery from the error. This affects drivers/block/xen-blkback/blkback.c.
The PostgreSQL adapter in Active Record before 6.1.2.1, 6.0.3.5, 5.2.4.5 suffers from a regular expression denial of service (REDoS) vulnerability. Carefully crafted input can cause the input validation in the money type of the PostgreSQL adapter in Active Record to spend too much time in a regular expression, resulting in the potential for a DoS attack. This only impacts Rails applications that are using PostgreSQL along with money type columns that take user input.
Data race in audio in Google Chrome prior to 89.0.4389.72 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page.

Google Chromium V8 Engine contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability that allows a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. This vulnerability could affect multiple web browsers that utilize Chromium, including, but not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in the way sudo parses command line arguments.
As per the researcher this vulnerability:
- is exploitable by any local user (normal users and system users, sudoers and non-sudoers), without authentication (i.e., the attacker does not need to know the user's password);
- was introduced in July 2011 (commit 8255ed69), and affects all legacy versions from 1.8.2 to 1.8.31p2 and all stable versions from 1.9.0 to 1.9.5p1, in their default configuration.
This could lead to privilege escalation.
A flaw was found in the ArchiveTar package. ArchiveTar could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system caused by inadequate checking of symbolic links. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the Tar.php script containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to modify arbitrary files on the system.
A denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the way Kestrel parses HTTP/2 requests. The security update addresses the vulnerability by fixing the way the Kestrel parses HTTP/2 requests. Users are advised to upgrade.
A denial of service attack was discovered against pygments. Some of the regular expressions used to tokenise source code for highlighting have exponential complexity. A specially crafted input file could cause pygments to take effectively infinite time to parse, consuming CPU resources and denying access to the service.
A flaw was found in nodejs. Affected versions of Node.js allow two copies of a header field in an HTTP request. The first header field is recognized while the second is ignored leading to HTTP request smuggling. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity.
