A exposure of resource to wrong sphere vulnerability in Fortinet FortiSandbox 5.0.0 through 5.0.2, FortiSandbox 4.4.3 through 4.4.8 may allow an unauthenticated attacker to access the VNC server of VMs performing scanning via network requests.
A flaw was found in the OpenSSH package. For each ping packet the SSH server receives, a pong packet is allocated in a memory buffer and stored in a queue of packages. It is only freed when the server/client key exchange has finished. A malicious client may keep sending such packages, leading to an uncontrolled increase in memory consumption on the server side. Consequently, the server may become unavailable, resulting in a denial of service attack.
An improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability [CWE-78] in FortiSandbox GUI may allow an authenticated privileged attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via crafted HTTP or HTTPS requests.
An improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS Command vulnerability [CWE-78] in FortiSandbox may allow an authenticated attacker with at least read-only permission to execute unauthorized commands via crafted requests.
A Use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key vulnerability [CWE-321] in FortiSandbox may allow a privileged attacker with super-admin profile and CLI access to read sensitive data via CLI.
An Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability [CWE-78] in FortiSandbox may allow an authenticated attacker to execute unauthorized code on the underlying system via crafted HTTP requests.
An Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability [CWE-79] in FortiSandbox may allow an unauthenticated attacker to execute commands via crafted requests. FortiSandbox PaaS versions 4.4.8 and 5.0.5 contains the fix for this vulnerability.
A client-side enforcement of server-side security vulnerability [CWE-602] in Fortinet FortiSandbox version 5.0.0, 4.4.0 through 4.4.6 and before 4.2.7 allows an authenticated attacker with at least read-only permission to execute unauthorized commands via crafted requests.
An Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability [CWE-78] in FortiSandbox may allow an authenticated attacker to execute unauthorized code on the underlying system via crafted HTTP requests.
