An issue has been discovered in GitLab EE affecting all versions starting from 17.3 before 17.3.7, all versions starting from 17.4 before 17.4.4, all versions starting from 17.5 before 17.5.2 in which an unauthenticated user may be able to read some information about an MR in a private project, under certain circumstances.

An information disclosure issue has been discovered in GitLab EE affecting all versions starting from 16.5 prior to 17.2.8, from 17.3 prior to 17.3.4, and from 17.4 prior to 17.4.1. A maintainer could obtain a Dependency Proxy password by editing a certain Dependency Proxy setting via a POST request. This is a medium severity issue (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N, 5.5). It is now mitigated in the latest release and is assigned CVE-2024-4278.
