IBM Cloud Pak for Automation 18.0.0, 18.0.1, 18.0.2, 19.0.1, 19.0.2, 19.0.3, 20.0.1, 20.0.2, 20.0.3, 21.0.1, 21.0.2, 21.0.3, 22.0.1, and 22.0.2 is potentially vulnerable to CSV Injection. A remote attacker could execute arbitrary commands on the system, caused by improper validation of csv file contents. IBM X-Force ID: 259354.
IBM Business Automation Workflow is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
gRPC could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a flaw when gRPC HTTP2 stack raised a header size exceeded error. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
Denial-of-Service in gRPC
Summary
When running vertx web applications that serve files using StaticHandler on Windows Operating Systems and Windows File Systems, if the mount point is a wildcard () then an attacker can exfiltrate any class path resource.
Details When computing the relative path to locate the resource, in case of wildcards, the code:

returns the user input (without validation) as the segment to lookup. Even though checks are performed to avoid escaping the sandbox, given that the input was not sanitized \ are not properly handled and an attacker can build a path that is valid within the classpath.

A modified, unauthenticated server can send an unterminated string during the establishment of Kerberos transport encryption. When a libpq client application has a Kerberos credential cache and doesn't explicitly disable option "gssencmode", a server can cause libpq to over-read and report an error message containing uninitialized bytes from and following its receive buffer. If libpq's caller somehow makes that message accessible to the attacker, this achieves a disclosure of the over-read bytes. We have not confirmed or ruled out viability of attacks that arrange for a crash or for presence of notable, confidential information in disclosed bytes.
A flaw was found in maven. Repositories that are defined in a dependency’s Project Object Model (pom), which may be unknown to users, are used by default resulting in potential risk if a malicious actor takes over that repository or is able to insert themselves into a position to pretend to be that repository. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity.
Apache Commons Jelly could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper handling of XML External Entity (XXE) entries when parsing to an XML file. By persuading a victim to open a jelly file containing a specially crafted custom doctype entity in a SYSTEM entity that contains a URL, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to conduct XML External Entity (XXE) attacks.
