IBM DOORS Web Access is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
IBM DOORS Web Access do not limit the length of a connection which could allow for a Slowloris HTTP denial of service attack to take place. This can cause the web server to become unresponsive.
IBM DOORS Web Access is vulnerable to an XML External Entity Injection (XXE) attack when processing XML data. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to expose sensitive information or consume memory resources.
Apache Portable Runtime (APR) could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by an integer overflow in the aprsocketsendv() function. By sending a specially-crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service condition on the system.
A flaw was found in the Apache Portable Runtime Utility (APR-util) library. This issue may allow a malicious attacker to cause an out-of-bounds write due to an integer overflow when encoding/decoding a very long string using the base64 family of functions.
A flaw was found in expat. Passing malformed 2- and 3-byte UTF-8 sequences (for example, from start tag names) to the XML processing application on top of expat can lead to arbitrary code execution. This issue is dependent on how invalid UTF-8 is handled inside the XML processor.
An out-of-bounds array read in the aprtimeexp() functions was fixed in the Apache Portable Runtime 1.6.3 release (CVE-2017-12613). The fix for this issue was not carried forward to the APR 1.7.x branch, and hence version 1.7.0 regressed compared to 1.6.3 and is vulnerable to the same issue.
IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS 9.7.2.7 does not require that users should have strong passwords by default, which makes it easier for attackers to compromise user accounts. IBM X-Force ID: 273336.
IBM Engineering Requirements Management 9.7.2.7 is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session. IBM X-Force ID: 251052.
FasterXML jackson-databind is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an error when using JDK serialization to serialize and deserialize JsonNode values. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
IBM Common Licensing 9.0 could allow a local user to enumerate usernames due to an observable response discrepancy. IBM X-Force ID: 273337.
A denial of service vulnerability exists in curl <v8.1.0 in the way libcurl provides several different backends for resolving host names, selected at build time. If it is built to use the synchronous resolver, it allows name resolves to time-out slow operations using alarm() and siglongjmp(). When doing this, libcurl used a global buffer that was not mutex protected and a multi-threaded application might therefore crash or otherwise misbehave.
A use after free vulnerability exists in curl <v8.1.0 in the way libcurl offers a feature to verify an SSH server's public key using a SHA 256 hash. When this check fails, libcurl would free the memory for the fingerprint before it returns an error message containing the (now freed) hash. This flaw risks inserting sensitive heap-based data into the error message that might be shown to users or otherwise get leaked and revealed.
A cleartext transmission of sensitive information vulnerability exists in curl <v7.88.0 that could cause HSTS functionality fail when multiple URLs are requested serially. Using its HSTS support, curl can be instructed to use HTTPS instead of usingan insecure clear-text HTTP step even when HTTP is provided in the URL. ThisHSTS mechanism would however surprisingly be ignored by subsequent transferswhen done on the same command line because the state would not be properlycarried on.
A use after free vulnerability exists in curl <7.87.0. Curl can be asked to tunnel virtually all protocols it supports through an HTTP proxy. HTTP proxies can (and often do) deny such tunnel operations. When getting denied to tunnel the specific protocols SMB or TELNET, curl would use a heap-allocated struct after it had been freed, in its transfer shutdown code path.
Apache Tomcat could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a long standing concurrency flaw in the simplified implementation of blocking reads and writes. By sending a specially-crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain Http11Processor instance information, and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.
Scala 2.13.x before 2.13.9 has a Java deserialization chain in its JAR file. On its own, it cannot be exploited. There is only a risk in conjunction with Java object deserialization within an application. In such situations, it allows attackers to erase contents of arbitrary files, make network connections, or possibly run arbitrary code (specifically, Function0 functions) via a gadget chain.
Apache Shiro before 1.9.1, A RegexRequestMatcher can be misconfigured to be bypassed on some servlet containers. Applications using RegExPatternMatcher with . in the regular expression are possibly vulnerable to an authorization bypass.
CKEditor is vulnerable to cross-site scripting, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input. A remote authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious script into a Web page which would be executed in a victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting Web site, once the page is viewed. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials.
CKEditor is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a regular expression denial of service (ReDoS) flaw in the dialog plugin. By sending a specially-crafted regex input, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a significant performance drop and results in a browser tab freeze.
Affected packages The vulnerability has been discovered in the core HTML processing module and may affect all plugins used by CKEditor 4.
Impact A potential vulnerability has been discovered in CKEditor 4 HTML processing core module. The vulnerability allowed to inject malformed comments HTML bypassing content sanitization, which could result in executing JavaScript code. It affects all users using the CKEditor 4 at version < 4.17.0.
Patches The problem has been recognized and patched. The fix will be available in version 4.17.0.

CKEditor4 is an open source WYSIWYG HTML editor. In affected versions a vulnerability has been discovered in the Advanced Content Filter (ACF) module and may affect all plugins used by CKEditor 4. The vulnerability allowed to inject malformed HTML bypassing content sanitization, which could result in executing JavaScript code. It affects all users using the CKEditor 4 at version < 4.17.0. The problem has been recognized and patched. The fix will be available in version 4.17.0.
CKEditor is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a regular expression denial of service (ReDoS) flaw in the Advanced Tab for Dialogs plugin. By persuading a victim to paste specially-crafted text into the Styles input of specific dialogs, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition.
A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Color Dialog plugin for CKEditor 4.15.0 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary web script after persuading a user to copy and paste crafted HTML code into one of editor inputs.
IBM Doors Web Access 9.5 and 9.6 could allow a remote attacker to hijack the clicking action of the victim. IBM X-Force ID: 129826.
