IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0 stores user credentials in plain clear text which can be read by a local user. IBM X-Force ID: 225232.
IBM Security Verify Governance, Identity Manager 10.0 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system by sending a specially crafted request. IBM X-Force ID: 257873.
IBM Security Verify Governance, Identity Manager 10.0 could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) to view arbitrary files on the system. IBM X-Force ID: 257772.
IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0, Identity Manager could allow a local privileged user to obtain sensitive information from source code. IBM X-Force ID: 257769.
IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0 could allow a privileged use to upload arbitrary files due to improper file validation. IBM X-Force ID: 259382.
DISPUTED In PostgreSQL 9.3 through 11.2, the "COPY TO/FROM PROGRAM" function allows superusers and users in the 'pgexecuteserverprogram' group to execute arbitrary code in the context of the database's operating system user. This functionality is enabled by default and can be abused to run arbitrary operating system commands on Windows, Linux, and macOS. NOTE: Third parties claim/state this is not an issue because PostgreSQL functionality for ‘COPY TO/FROM PROGRAM’ is acting as intended. References state that in PostgreSQL, a superuser can execute commands as the server user without using the ‘COPY FROM PROGRAM’.
IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0 does not encrypt sensitive or critical information before storage or transmission. IBM X-Force ID: 256020.
OpenSSL could allow a local attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the building of . mingw programs or Windows programs with world writable path defaults. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to modify default configuration, insert CA certificates, modify (or even replace) existing engine modules.
IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system by sending a specially crafted request. IBM X-Force ID: 256036.
IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0 contains hard-coded credentials, such as a password or cryptographic key, which it uses for its own inbound authentication, outbound communication to external components, or encryption of internal data. IBM X-Force ID: 225222.
IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0 is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session. IBM X-Force ID: 256037.
Apache Wink could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by an XML external entity (XXE) error when processing XML data. By using a specially-crafted XML file. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to read arbitrary files or cause a denial of service.
In version 6.1.0.19 and prior of Wink Labs's Wink - Smart Home Android app, the OAuth token used by the app to authorize user access is not stored in an encrypted and secure manner.
A flaw was found in http-proxy-agent versions before 2.1.0. The http-proxy-agent passes auth option to the Buffer constructor without proper sanitization, resulting in DoS and uninitialized memory leak in setups where an attacker could submit typed input to the 'auth' parameter (e.g. JSON).

Faye faye-websocket is vulnerable to a man-in-the-middle attack, caused by the lack of certification validation in TLS handshakes. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to launch a man-in-the-middle attack and gain access to the communication channel between endpoints to obtain sensitive information or further compromise the system.
Faye websocket-extensions npm module is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by improper input validation by the Sec-WebSocket-Extensions header. By using a specially-crafted value in the Sec-WebSocket-Extensions header, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition.
Dojo Dojo Objective Harness (DOH) version prior to version 1.14 contains a Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in unit.html and testsDOH/base/loader/i18n-exhaustive/i18n-test/unit.html and testsDOH/base/i18nExhaustive.js in the DOH that can result in Victim attacked through their browser - deliver malware, steal HTTP cookies, bypass CORS trust. This attack appear to be exploitable via Victims are typically lured to a web site under the attacker's control; the XSS vulnerability on the target domain is silently exploited without the victim's knowledge. This vulnerability appears to have been fixed in 1.14.
Node.js qs module is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a large loop when parsing JSON object. By sending a specially-crafted JSON string, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the application to stop responding.
Node.js is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an error in the qs module when parsing a string representing a deeply nested object. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to block the event loop for an extended period of time and cause a denial of service.
By default qs protects against attacks that attempt to overwrite an object's existing prototype properties, such as toString(), hasOwnProperty(),etc.
Overwriting these properties can impact application logic, potentially allowing attackers to work around security controls, modify data, make the application unstable and more.
In versions of the package affected by this vulnerability, it is possible to circumvent this protection and overwrite prototype properties and functions by prefixing the name of the parameter with [ or ]. e.g. qs.parse("]=toString") will return {toString = true}, as a result, calling toString() on the object will throw an exception.
