The MainWP Child Reports plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.2. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the networkoptionsaction() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update arbitrary options that can be leveraged for privilege escalation via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. This is only exploitable on multisite instances.

SQL Injection
CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H

The MainWP Child WordPress plugin before 4.1.8 does not validate the orderby and order parameter before using them in a SQL statement, leading to an SQL injection exploitable by high privilege users such as admin when the Backup and Staging by WP Time Capsule plugin is installed
