Apache HTTP Server contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows an attacker to perform remote code execution if files outside directories configured by Alias-like directives are not under default require all denied or if CGI scripts are enabled. This CVE ID resolves an incomplete patch for CVE-2021-41773.
A crafted request uri-path can cause modproxy to forward the request to an origin server choosen by the remote user. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.48 and earlier.
A flaw was discovered in processing setsockopt IPTSOSETREPLACE (or IP6TSOSETREPLACE) for 32 bit processes on 64 bit systems. This flaw will allow local user to gain privileges or cause a DoS through user name space. This action is usually restricted to root-privileged users but can also be leveraged if the kernel is compiled with CONFIGUSERNS and CONFIGNETNS and the user is granted elevated privileges.
A use-after-free in binder.c allows an elevation of privilege from an application to the Linux Kernel. A race condition was found in the way Linux kernel's memory subsystem handled breakage of the read only private mappings COW situation on write access.
An unprivileged local user could use this flaw to gain write access to otherwise read only memory mappings and thus increase their privileges on the system.

A heap-based buffer overflow was found in the way sudo parses command line arguments.
As per the researcher this vulnerability:
- is exploitable by any local user (normal users and system users, sudoers and non-sudoers), without authentication (i.e., the attacker does not need to know the user's password);
- was introduced in July 2011 (commit 8255ed69), and affects all legacy versions from 1.8.2 to 1.8.31p2 and all stable versions from 1.9.0 to 1.9.5p1, in their default configuration.
This could lead to privilege escalation.
Impact Passing HTML containing <option> elements from untrusted sources - even after sanitizing them - to one of jQuery's DOM manipulation methods (i.e. .html(), .append(), and others) may execute untrusted code.
Patches This problem is patched in jQuery 3.5.0.
Workarounds To workaround this issue without upgrading, use DOMPurify with its SAFEFORJQUERY option to sanitize the HTML string before passing it to a jQuery method.

A flaw was found in jquery in versions prior to 1.9.0. A cross-site scripting attack is possible as the load method fails to recognize and remove "<script>" HTML tags that contain a whitespace character which results in the enclosed script logic to be executed. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity.
