A vulnerability was found in OpenSSL 1.0.2. When an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSLshutdown() twice, OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. This difference in behaviour can be detected by a remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Also the application must call SSLshutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). AEAD ciphersuites are not impacted. This issue does not impact OpenSSL 1.1.1 or 1.1.0.

In the Linux kernel before 4.20.14, expanddownwards in mm/mmap.c lacks a check for the mmap minimum address, which makes it easier for attackers to exploit kernel NULL pointer dereferences on non-SMAP platforms. This is related to a capability check for the wrong task.
A use-after-free vulnerability was discovered in the pngimagefree function in the libpng library. This could lead to denial of service or a potentially exploitable crash when a malformed image is processed.
An out of bounds read flaw was found in the Skia component of the Chromium browser.

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel vfio interface implementation that permits violation of the user's locked memory limit. If a device is bound to a vfio driver, such as vfio-pci, and the local attacker is administratively granted ownership of the device, it may cause a system memory exhaustion and thus a denial of service (DoS).

A vulnerability was found in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.0 to 2.4.38. When the path component of a request URL contains multiple consecutive slashes ('/'), directives such as LocationMatch and RewriteRule must account for duplicates in regular expressions while other aspects of the servers processing will implicitly collapse them.

An issue was discovered in fs/f2fs/super.c in the Linux kernel through 4.14. A denial of service (out-of-bounds memory access and BUG) can occur upon encountering an abnormal bitmap size when mounting a crafted f2fs image.
An industry-wide issue was found in the way many modern microprocessor designs have implemented speculative execution of instructions (a commonly used performance optimization). There are three primary variants of the issue which differ in the way the speculative execution can be exploited.
Variant CVE-2017-5753 triggers the speculative execution by performing a bounds-check bypass. It relies on the presence of a precisely-defined instruction sequence in the privileged code as well as the fact that memory accesses may cause allocation into the microprocessor's data cache even for speculatively executed instructions that never actually commit (retire). As a result, an unprivileged attacker could use this flaw to cross the syscall boundary and read privileged memory by conducting targeted cache side-channel attacks.
A vulnerability was found in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.34 to 2.4.38. When HTTP/2 was enabled for a http: host or H2Upgrade was enabled for h2 on a https: host, an Upgrade request from http/1.1 to http/2 that was not the first request on a connection could lead to a misconfiguration and crash. Server that never enabled the h2 protocol or that only enabled it for https: and did not set "H2Upgrade on" are unaffected by this issue.
docorenote in readelf.c in libmagic.a in file 5.35 has an out-of-bounds read because memcpy is misused.
docorenote in readelf.c in libmagic.a in file 5.35 has a stack-based buffer over-read, related to fileprintable, a different vulnerability than CVE-2018-10360.

Gnome gnome-shell lock screen could allow a physical attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the failure to properly restrict all contextual actions. By performing specially-crafted operations, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to invoke certain keyboard shortcuts.

A flaw was found in the RMI registry implementation in the RMI component of OpenJDK. Incorrect handling of the server-side dispatch could lead to selection of an incorrect skeleton class.
coders/xwd.c in GraphicsMagick 1.3.31 allows attackers to cause a denial of service (floating-point exception and application crash) by crafting an XWD image file, a different vulnerability than CVE-2019-11008 and CVE-2019-11009.
In GraphicsMagick 1.4 snapshot-20190322 Q8, there is a memory leak in the function ReadMPCImage of coders/mpc.c, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted image file.

A flaw was found in pacemaker up to and including version 2.0.1. An insufficient verification inflicted preference of uncontrolled processes can lead to DoS
A flaw was found in qemu Media Transfer Protocol (MTP). The code opening files in usbmtpgetobject and usbmtpgetpartialobject and directories in usbmtpobjectreaddir doesn't consider that the underlying filesystem may have changed since the time lstat(2) was called in usbmtpobjectalloc, a classical TOCTTOU problem. An attacker with write access to the host filesystem shared with a guest can use this property to navigate the host filesystem in the context of the QEMU process and read any file the QEMU process has access to. Access to the filesystem may be local or via a network share protocol such as CIFS.
File is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an out-of-bounds read in the docorenote function in readelf.c in libmagic.a. By persuading a victim to open a specially crafted ELF file, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
A new exploitation technique called key reinstallation attacks used to break Wi-Fi handshakes that negotiate session keys was discovered. These attacks target the Wi-Fi/WPA2 standard. An adversary can trick a client or Access Point (AP) into reinstalling an already-in use pairwise key in 4-way handshake. While reinstalling the already in-use key, the associated packet number (sometimes also called nonce) and receive replay counter is reset. This causes nonce reuse, voiding any security the underlying encryption protocol is supposed to provide. For example, it allows decryption or injection of frames, and enables an attacker to replay frames.
