A vulnerability was found in OpenSSL 1.0.2. When an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSLshutdown() twice, OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. This difference in behaviour can be detected by a remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Also the application must call SSLshutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). AEAD ciphersuites are not impacted. This issue does not impact OpenSSL 1.1.1 or 1.1.0.

A race condition was found in modauthdigest when the web server was running in a threaded MPM configuration. It could allow a user with valid credentials to authenticate using another username, bypassing configured access control restrictions.
Apache HTTP Server, with MPM event, worker or prefork, code executing in less-privileged child processes or threads (including scripts executed by an in-process scripting interpreter) could execute code with the privileges of the parent process (usually root) by manipulating the scoreboard.
A vulnerability was discovered in Apache httpd, in modremoteip. A trusted proxy using the "PROXY" protocol could send specially crafted headers that can cause httpd to experience a stack buffer overflow or NULL pointer dereference, leading to a crash or other potential consequences. This issue could only be exploited by configured trusted intermediate proxy servers. HTTP clients such as browsers could not exploit the vulnerability.
A read-after-free vulnerability was discovered in Apache httpd, in modhttp2. A specially crafted http/2 client session could cause the server to read memory that was previously freed during connection shutdown, potentially leading to a crash.
A cross-site scripting vulnerability was found in Apache httpd, affecting the modproxy error page. Under certain circumstances, a crafted link could inject content into the HTML displayed in the error page, potentially leading to client-side exploitation.
A Prototype Pollution vulnerability was found in jquery. Untrusted JSON passed to the extend function could lead to modifying objects up the prototype chain, including the global Object. A crafted JSON object passed to a vulnerable method could lead to denial of service or data injection, with various consequences.
A vulnerability was found in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.34 to 2.4.38. When HTTP/2 was enabled for a http: host or H2Upgrade was enabled for h2 on a https: host, an Upgrade request from http/1.1 to http/2 that was not the first request on a connection could lead to a misconfiguration and crash. Server that never enabled the h2 protocol or that only enabled it for https: and did not set "H2Upgrade on" are unaffected by this issue.
A denial of service flaw was found in OpenSSL 0.9.8, 1.0.1, 1.0.2 through 1.0.2h, and 1.1.0 in the way the TLS/SSL protocol defined processing of ALERT packets during a connection handshake. A remote attacker could use this flaw to make a TLS/SSL server consume an excessive amount of CPU and fail to accept connections from other clients.
Double-free vulnerability in the FTP-kerberos code in cURL 7.52.0 to 7.65.3.
A heap buffer overflow in the TFTP receiving code allows for DoS or arbitrary code execution in libcurl versions 7.19.4 through 7.64.1.
cURL libcurl is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the tftpreceivepacket function. By sending specially-crafted request containing an OACK without the BLKSIZE option, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.

Vulnerability in the Enterprise Manager Ops Center component of Oracle Enterprise Manager Products Suite (subcomponent: Networking). Supported versions that are affected are 12.3.3 and 12.4.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Enterprise Manager Ops Center. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Enterprise Manager Ops Center accessible data. CVSS 3.0 Base Score 4.3 (Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N).
Server or client applications that call the SSLcheckchain() function during or after a TLS 1.3 handshake may crash due to a NULL pointer dereference as a result of incorrect handling of the "signaturealgorithmscert" TLS extension. The crash occurs if an invalid or unrecognised signature algorithm is received from the peer. This could be exploited by a malicious peer in a Denial of Service attack. OpenSSL version 1.1.1d, 1.1.1e, and 1.1.1f are affected by this issue. This issue did not affect OpenSSL versions prior to 1.1.1d. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1g (Affected 1.1.1d-1.1.1f).
RSA BSAFE Micro Edition Suite versions prior to 4.0.11 (in 4.0.x series) and versions prior to 4.1.6.2 (in 4.1.x series) contain a key management error issue. A malicious TLS server could potentially cause a Denial Of Service (DoS) on TLS clients during the handshake when a very large prime value is sent to the TLS client, and an Ephemeral or Anonymous Diffie-Hellman cipher suite (DHE or ADH) is used.
RSA BSAFE Micro Edition Suite, versions prior to 4.0.11 (in 4.0.x) and prior to 4.1.6 (in 4.1.x), and RSA BSAFE Crypto-C Micro Edition, version prior to 4.0.5.3 (in 4.0.x) contain a Buffer Over-Read vulnerability when parsing ASN.1 data. A remote attacker could use maliciously constructed ASN.1 data that would result in such issue.
RSA BSAFE Micro Edition Suite, prior to 4.1.6.1 (in 4.1.x), and RSA BSAFE Crypto-C Micro Edition versions prior to 4.0.5.3 (in 4.0.x) contain an Uncontrolled Resource Consumption ('Resource Exhaustion') vulnerability when parsing ASN.1 data. A remote attacker could use maliciously constructed ASN.1 data that would exhaust the stack, potentially causing a Denial Of Service.
RSA BSAFE Micro Edition Suite, versions prior to 4.0.11 (in 4.0.x) and prior to 4.1.6.1 (in 4.1.x), contains an Improper Clearing of Heap Memory Before Release ('Heap Inspection') vulnerability. Decoded PKCS #12 data in heap memory is not zeroized by MES before releasing the memory internally and a malicious local user could gain access to the unauthorized data by doing heap inspection.
RSA BSAFE Micro Edition Suite, version 4.1.6, contains an integer overflow vulnerability. A remote attacker could use maliciously constructed ASN.1 data to potentially cause a Denial Of Service.
RSA BSAFE Micro Edition Suite, versions prior to 4.0.11 (in 4.0.x) and prior to 4.1.6.1 (in 4.1.x) contains a Covert Timing Channel vulnerability during RSA decryption, also known as a Bleichenbacher attack on RSA decryption. A remote attacker may be able to recover a RSA key.
A non-privileged user or program can put code and a config file in a known non-privileged path (under C:/usr/local/) that will make curl <= 7.65.1 automatically run the code (as an openssl "engine") on invocation. If that curl is invoked by a privileged user it can do anything it wants.
