An issue was discovered in sd-bus in systemd 239. busprocessobject() in libsystemd/sd-bus/bus-objects.c allocates a variable-length stack buffer for temporarily storing the object path of incoming D-Bus messages. An unprivileged local user can exploit this by sending a specially crafted message to PID1, causing the stack pointer to jump over the stack guard pages into an unmapped memory region and trigger a denial of service (systemd PID1 crash and kernel panic).
It was found that Diffie Hellman Client key exchange handling in NSS 3.21.x was vulnerable to small subgroup confinement attack. An attacker could use this flaw to recover private keys by confining the client DH key to small subgroup of the desired group.

On pages containing an iframe, the "data:" protocol can be used to create a modal alert that will render over arbitrary domains following page navigation, spoofing of the origin of the modal alert from the iframe content. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 52.3, Firefox ESR < 52.3, and Firefox < 55.
ntpq in NTP 4.2.x before 4.2.8p4, and 4.3.x before 4.3.77 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via crafted mode 6 response packets.
The cryptoxmit function in ntpd in NTP 4.2.x before 4.2.8p4, and 4.3.x before 4.3.77 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash). NOTE: This vulnerability exists due to an incomplete fix for CVE-2014-9750.
Oracle Java SE 6u161, 7u151, and 8u141 fixes an unspecified vulnerability in the JAX-WS component (CVE-2017-10243). Upstream has CVSS scored this issue as: 6.5/CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:L

It was discovered that the Security component of OpenJDK could fail to properly enforce restrictions (specified using the jdk.certpath.disabledAlgorithms security property) defined for processing of X.509 certificate chains. A remote attacker could possibly use this flaw to make Java accept certificate using one of the disabled algorithms.
It was discovered that the JPEGImageReader implementation in the 2D component of OpenJDK would, in certain cases, read all image data even if that was not used later. A specially crafted image could cause a Java application to temporarily use an excessive amount of CPU and memory.
It was discovered that the implementation of the BasicAttribute class in OpenJDK did not limit the amount of memory allocated when creating object instance from a serialized form. A specially-crafted serialized input stream could cause JVM to consume an excessive amount of memory.
A covert timing channel flaw was found in the PKCS#8 implementation in the JCE component of OpenJDK. A remote attacker able to make a Java application repeatedly compared PKCS#8 key against an attacker controlled value could possibly use this flaw to determine the key via a timing side channel.
It was discovered that the implementation of the CodeSource class in OpenJDK did not limit the amount of memory allocated when creating object instance from a serialized form. An untrusted Java application or applet could use this flaw to cause JVM to allocate an excessive amount of memory, bypassing certain Java sandbox restrictions.
The parsedosextended function in partitions/dos.c in the libblkid library in util-linux allows physically proximate attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via a crafted MSDOS partition table with an extended partition boot record at zero offset.
A query with a specific set of characteristics could cause a server using DNS64 to encounter an assertion failure and terminate. An attacker could deliberately construct a query, enabling denial-of-service against a server if it was configured to use the DNS64 feature and other preconditions were met.
Servers are at risk if they are configured to use DNS64 and if the option "break-dnssec yes;" is in use.

Mitigation:
Servers which have configurations which require DNS64 and "break-dnssec yes;" should upgrade. Servers which are not using these features in conjunction are not at risk from this defect.
Using SVG filters that don't use the fixed point math implementation on a target iframe, a malicious page can extract pixel values from a targeted user. This can be used to extract history information and read text values across domains. This violates same-origin policy and leads to information disclosure.
Video files loaded video captions cross-origin without checking for the presence of CORS headers permitting such cross-origin use, leading to potential information disclosure for video captions.
Certain response codes in FTP connections can result in the use of uninitialized values for ports in FTP operations.
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's handling of clearing SELinux attributes on /proc/pid/attr files before 4.9.10. An empty (null) write to this file can crash the system by causing the system to attempt to access unmapped kernel memory.
A race condition was found in util-linux before 2.32.1 in the way su handled the management of child processes. A local authenticated attacker could use this flaw to kill other processes with root privileges under specific conditions.
URLs containing certain unicode glyphs for alternative hyphens and quotes do not properly trigger punycode display, allowing for domain name spoofing attacks in the location bar.
A use-after-free flaw was found in the way JasPer decoded certain JPEG 2000 image files. A specially crafted file could cause an application using JasPer to crash.

Event handlers on "marquee" elements were executed despite a strict Content Security Policy (CSP) that disallowed inline JavaScript. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 50.1, Firefox ESR < 45.6, and Thunderbird < 45.6.
As per upstream:
Samba client code always requests a forwardable ticket when using Kerberos authentication. This means the target server, which must be in the current or trusted domain/realm, is given a valid general purpose Kerberos "Ticket Granting Ticket" (TGT), which can be used to fully impersonate the authenticated user or service.
The risks of impersonation of the client are similar to the well known risks from forwarding of NTLM credentials, with two important differences: - NTLM forwarding can and should be mitigated with packet signing - Kerberos forwarding can only be attempted after the trusted destination server decrypts the ticket.
Finally, it should be noted that typically the connections involved are either explicitly requested, or are between or to Domain Controllers already of ultimate privilege.
