A command injection flaw was found in the NetworkManager integration script included in the DHCP client packages in Red Hat Enterprise Linux. A malicious DHCP server, or an attacker on the local network able to spoof DHCP responses, could use this flaw to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges on systems using NetworkManager and configured to obtain network configuration using the DHCP protocol.
A flaw was found in http-proxy-agent versions before 2.1.0. The http-proxy-agent passes auth option to the Buffer constructor without proper sanitization, resulting in DoS and uninitialized memory leak in setups where an attacker could submit typed input to the 'auth' parameter (e.g. JSON).

A use-after-free vulnerability was found in a network namespaces code affecting the Linux kernel since v4.0-rc1 through v4.15-rc5. The function getnetnsbyid() does not check for the net::count value after it has found a peer network in netnsids idr which could lead to double free and memory corruption. This vulnerability could allow an unprivileged local user to induce kernel memory corruption on the system, leading to a crash. Due to the nature of the flaw, privilege escalation cannot be fully ruled out, although we believe it is unlikely.

In dnsmasq before 2.78, if the DNS packet size does not match the expected size, the size parameter in a memset call gets a negative value. As it is an unsigned value, memset ends up writing up to 0xffffffff zero's (0xffffffffffffffff in 64 bit platforms), making dnsmasq crash.
