Description: Due to a buffer overflow bug Squid is vulnerable to a Denial of Service attack against HTTP Digest Authentication
Reference: https://github.com/squid-cache/squid/security/advisories/GHSA-phqj-m8gv-cq4g
Affected versions: 3.2.0.1-5.9, 6.0-6.3
Buffer overflow in the idnsALookup function in dnsinternal.cc in Squid 3.2 through 3.2.11 and 3.3 through 3.3.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory corruption and server termination) via a long name in a DNS lookup request.

http.cc in Squid 3.x before 3.5.15 and 4.x before 4.0.7 proceeds with the storage of certain data after a response-parsing failure, which allows remote HTTP servers to cause a denial of service (assertion failure and daemon exit) via a malformed response.
Squid 3.1 before 3.3.12 and 3.4 before 3.4.4, when SSL-Bump is enabled, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (assertion failure) via a crafted range request, related to state management.
