The Jupiter X Core plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'forgetpasswordlink' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.61.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

Malicious File Upload
AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H

The Jupiter X Core plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to limited file uploads due to missing authorization on importpopuptemplates() function as well as insufficient file type validation in the uploadfiles() function in all versions up to, and including, 4.14.1. This makes it possible for Authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above, to upload files with dangerous types that can lead to Remote Code Execution on servers configured to handle .phar files as executable PHP (e.g., Apache+modphp), or Stored Cross-Site Scripting via .svg, .dfxp, or .xhtml files upload on any server configuration

Vulnerable versions of the JupiterX Core (<= 2.0.6) plugin register an AJAX action jupiterxconditionalmanager which can be used to call any function in the includes/condition/class-condition-manager.php file by sending the desired function to call in the subaction parameter. This can be used to view site configuration and logged-in users, modify post conditions, or perform a denial of service attack.

Path Traversal
CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H

Vulnerable versions of the Jupiter (<= 6.10.1) and JupiterX (<= 2.0.6) Themes allow logged-in users, including subscriber-level users, to perform Path Traversal and Local File inclusion. In the JupiterX theme, the jupiterxcploadpaneaction AJAX action present in the lib/admin/control-panel/control-panel.php file calls the loadcontrolpanelpane function. It is possible to use this action to include any local PHP file via the slug parameter. The Jupiter theme has a nearly identical vulnerability which can be exploited via the mkacploadpaneaction AJAX action present in the framework/admin/control-panel/logic/functions.php file, which calls the mkacploadpaneaction function.

This includes the ability to deactivate arbitrary plugins as well as update the theme’s API key.
