Fixed bug (Use-after-free in exif parsing under memory sanitizer). (CVE-2019-11050)
Fixed bug (Buffer underflow in bcshiftaddsub). (CVE-2019-11046)
A vulnerability was found in PHP versions 7.2.x below 7.2.26, 7.3.x below 7.3.13 and 7.4.0, PHP DirectoryIterator class accepts filenames with embedded \0 byte and treats them as terminating at that byte. This could lead to security vulnerabilities, e.g. in applications checking paths that the code is allowed to access.

An authorization bypass vulnerability in LXD allows an authenticated attacker to bypass project-level container isolation restrictions. When a project is configured with restrictions on container privileges (such as enforcing restricted.containers.privilege=isolated), LXD fails to enforce the requirement if an instance configuration omits the security.idmap.isolated key. An attacker can exploit this flaw by creating or updating an instance without explicitly setting security.idmap.isolated, bypassing the target project's security constraints.
ext/fts3/fts3snippet.c in SQLite before 3.32.0 has a NULL pointer dereference via a crafted matchinfo() query.
A vulnerability was found in DPDK through version 18.11, The vhost crypto library code contains a post message handler (vhostcryptomsgposthandler) which calls vhostcryptocreatesess() which in turn calls transformcipherparam() depending on the operation type. It is transformcipherparam() that handles the payload data. The payload contains a cipher key length and a static VHOSTUSERCRYPTOMAXCIPHERKEYLENGTH (64) byte key buffer. When transformcipherparam() handles the payload data it does not check to see if the buffer length doesn't exceed VHOSTUSERCRYPTOMAXCIPHERKEYLENGTH. This missing check can cause out of bound reads which could trigger a crash or a potential information leak. Also, the vhost crypto library code contains a post message handler (vhostcryptomsgposthandler) which calls vhostcryptocreatesess() which in turn calls transformchainparam() depending on the operation type. It is transformchainparam() that handles the payload data. The payload contains a cipher key length and a static VHOSTUSERCRYPTOMAXCIPHERKEYLENGTH (64) byte key buffer, it also contains a digest length and a static authentication key buffer (size: VHOSTUSERCRYPTOMAXHMACKEYLENGTH(512)) and authentication key buffer length. None of these length values are validated. Which can lead to reading out of bound.
In SQLite before 3.32.3 select.c mishandles query-flattener optimization leading to a multiSelectOrderBy heap overflow because of misuse of transitive properties for constant propagation.

Directory traversal vulnerability in RequestUtil.java in Apache Tomcat 6.x before 6.0.45, 7.x before 7.0.65, and 8.x before 8.0.27 allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended SecurityManager restrictions and list a parent directory via a /.. (slash dot dot) in a pathname used by a web application in a getResource, getResourceAsStream, or getResourcePaths call, as demonstrated by the $CATALINABASE/webapps directory.
Apache Ant 1.1 to 1.9.14 and 1.10.0 to 1.10.7 uses the default temporary directory identified by the Java system property java.io.tmpdir for several tasks and may thus leak sensitive information. The fixcrlf and replaceregexp tasks also copy files from the temporary directory back into the build tree allowing an attacker to inject modified source files into the build process.
A vulnerability was found in OpenSSL 1.0.2. When an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSLshutdown() twice, OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. This difference in behaviour can be detected by a remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Also the application must call SSLshutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). AEAD ciphersuites are not impacted. This issue does not impact OpenSSL 1.1.1 or 1.1.0.

A flaw was found in Apache tomcat. When the default servlet returned a redirect to a directory (e.g. redirecting to /foo/ when the user requested /foo) a specially crafted URL could be used to cause the redirect to be generated to any URI of the attackers choice.

A flaw was found in OpenSSL versions from 1.1.0 through 1.1.0i inclusive and version 1.1.1. The OpenSSL ECDSA signature algorithm has been shown to be vulnerable to a timing side channel attack. An attacker could use variations in the signing algorithm to recover the private key.

A flaw was found in HTTP/2. An attacker, sending a stream of header with a 0-length header name and a 0-length header value, could cause some implementations to allocate memory for these headers and keep the allocations alive until the session dies. The can consume excess memory, potentially leading to a denial of service. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability.
