BZ2decompress in decompress.c in bzip2 through 1.0.6 has an out-of-bounds write when there are many selectors.
A flaw was discovered in dbus where the implementation of DBUSCOOKIESHA1 is susceptible to a symbolic link attack. A malicious client with write access to its own home directory could manipulate a ~/.dbus-keyrings symlink to cause the DBusServer to read and write in unintended locations. This could result in authentication bypass.

Ansible before versions 2.1.6.0, 2.2.3.0, 2.3.1.0, and 2.4.0.0 fails to properly mark lookup-plugin results as unsafe. If an attacker could control the results of lookup() calls, they could inject Unicode strings to be parsed by the jinja2 templating system, resulting in code execution. By default, the jinja2 templating language is now marked as 'unsafe' and is not evaluated.
A vulnerability was found in technisatusb2getir in drivers/media/usb/dvb-usb/technisat-usb2.c in DVB USB subsystem, there was an out-of-bounds read for an array in struct technisatusb2state state->buf with no boundary check applied until 0xff byte is encountered, if it is not found with in the limits it goes beyond the array size, this exposes kernel data structure which should not happen.

A vulnerability was found in LibreOffice prior to 6.2.6. LibreOffice is typically bundled with LibreLogo, a programmable turtle vector graphics script, which can execute arbitrary python commands contained with the document it is launched from. LibreOffice also has a feature where documents can specify that pre-installed scripts can be executed on various document script events such as mouse-over, etc. Protection was added, to address CVE-2019-9848, to block calling LibreLogo from script event handers. However an insufficient url validation vulnerability in LibreOffice allowed malicious to bypass that protection and again trigger calling LibreLogo from script event handlers.

A vulnerability was found in Python 2.7.x through 2.7.16 and 3.x through 3.7.2. An improper Handling of Unicode Encoding (with an incorrect netloc) during NFKC normalization could lead to an Information Disclosure (credentials, cookies, etc. that are cached against a given hostname) in the urllib.parse.urlsplit, urllib.parse.urlparse components. A specially crafted URL could be incorrectly parsed to locate cookies or authentication data and send that information to a different host than when parsed correctly.

A command injection vulnerability in Nokogiri v1.10.3 and earlier allows commands to be executed in a subprocess via Ruby's Kernel.open method. Processes are vulnerable only if the undocumented method Nokogiri::CSS::Tokenizer#loadfile is being called with unsafe user input as the filename. This vulnerability appears in code generated by the Rexical gem versions v1.0.6 and earlier. Rexical is used by Nokogiri to generate lexical scanner code for parsing CSS queries. The underlying vulnerability was addressed in Rexical v1.0.7 and Nokogiri upgraded to this version of Rexical in Nokogiri v1.10.4.

An issue was discovered in amqphandleinput in amqpconnection.c in rabbitmq-c 0.9.0. There is an integer overflow that leads to heap memory corruption in the handling of CONNECTIONSTATEHEADER. A rogue server could return a malicious frame header that leads to a smaller targetsize value than needed. This condition is then carried on to a memcpy function that copies too much data into a heap buffer.
