A Local Privilege Escalation vulnerability (from any user to root) was found in polkit's pkexec, a SUID-root program that is installed by default on every major Linux distribution.
A carefully crafted request body can cause a read to a random memory area which could cause the process to crash. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.52 and earlier.
A carefully crafted request uri-path can cause modproxyuwsgi to read above the allocated memory and crash (DoS). This issue affects Apache HTTP Server versions 2.4.30 to 2.4.48 (inclusive).
An integer overflow flaw was found in expat. This issue affects the encoding name parameter at the parser creation time, which is often hard-coded (rather than user input), takes a value in the gigabytes to trigger, and on a 64-bit machine. This flaw can cause a denial of service.
A race condition was found in modauthdigest when the web server was running in a threaded MPM configuration. It could allow a user with valid credentials to authenticate using another username, bypassing configured access control restrictions.
Apache HTTP Server, with MPM event, worker or prefork, code executing in less-privileged child processes or threads (including scripts executed by an in-process scripting interpreter) could execute code with the privileges of the parent process (usually root) by manipulating the scoreboard.
A crafted URI sent to httpd configured as a forward proxy (ProxyRequests on) can cause a crash (NULL pointer dereference) or, for configurations mixing forward and reverse proxy declarations, can allow for requests to be directed to a declared Unix Domain Socket endpoint (Server Side Request Forgery). This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.7 up to 2.4.51 (included).
A NULL pointer dereference in httpd allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to crash httpd by providing malformed HTTP requests. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability.

Impact The HTML Cleaner in lxml.html lets certain crafted script content pass through, as well as script content in SVG files embedded using data URIs.
Users that employ the HTML cleaner in a security relevant context should upgrade to lxml 4.6.5.
Patches The issue has been resolved in lxml 4.6.5.
Workarounds None.
References The issues are tracked under the report IDs GHSL-2021-1037 and GHSL-2021-1038.
A flaw was found in Python, specifically within the urllib.parse module. This module helps break Uniform Resource Locator (URL) strings into components. The issue involves how the urlparse method does not sanitize input and allows characters like '\r' and '\n' in the URL path. This flaw allows an attacker to input a crafted URL, leading to injection attacks.

Infinite loop in the RTMPT dissector in Wireshark 3.6.0 and 3.4.0 to 3.4.10 allows denial of service via packet injection or crafted capture file
Infinite loop in the BitTorrent DHT dissector in Wireshark 3.6.0 and 3.4.0 to 3.4.10 allows denial of service via packet injection or crafted capture file
Crash in the Sysdig Event dissector in Wireshark 3.6.0 and 3.4.0 to 3.4.10 allows denial of service via packet injection or crafted capture file
ModSecurity 3.x through 3.0.5 mishandles excessively nested JSON objects. Crafted JSON objects with nesting tens-of-thousands deep could result in the web server being unable to service legitimate requests. Even a moderately large (e.g., 300KB) HTTP request can occupy one of the limited NGINX worker processes for minutes and consume almost all of the available CPU on the machine. Modsecurity 2 is similarly vulnerable: the affected versions include 2.8.0 through 2.9.4.
Impact
The Twisted SSH client and server implementation naively accepted an infinite amount of data for the peer's SSH version identifier.
A malicious peer can trivially craft a request that uses all available memory and crash the server, resulting in denial of service. The attack is as simple as nc -rv localhost 22 < /dev/zero.
Patches
The issue was fix in GitHub commit https://github.com/twisted/twisted/commit/98387b39e9f0b21462f6abc7a1325dc370fcdeb1
A fix is available in Twisted 22.2.0.
Workarounds
Limit access to the SSH server only to trusted source IP addresses. Connect over SSH only to trusted destination IP addresses.

Vulnerability in the Oracle HTTP Server component of Oracle Fusion Middleware (subcomponent: Web Listener). The supported version that is affected is 12.2.1.3. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle HTTP Server executes to compromise Oracle HTTP Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle HTTP Server. CVSS 3.0 Base Score 7.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). Vulnerability in the Oracle HTTP Server product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: OHS Config MBeans). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle HTTP Server. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. A non-privileged user or program can put code and a config file in a known non-privileged path (under C:/usr/local/) that will make curl <= 7.65.1 automatically run the code (as an openssl "engine") on invocation. If that curl is invoked by a privileged user it can do anything it wants.
GNOME libxml2 is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the xmlEncodeEntitiesInternal function in libxml2/entities.c. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
