See how mas compares to other vendors in security performance
The MAS Videos WordPress plugin through 1.3.4 does not perform any capability or ownership check when handling its front-end video and playlist deletion requests, and the nonce it verifies is tied only to a static action rather than to the targeted object, allowing any authenticated user with a minimal role to permanently delete arbitrary posts, pages, attachments and other content belonging to other users.
The MAS Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via SVG File uploads in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses the SVG file.
Authorization bypass can be achieved by session ID prediction in MASmobile Classic Android version 1.16.18 and earlier and
MASmobile Classic iOS version 1.7.24 and earlier
which allows remote attackers to retrieve sensitive data including customer data, security system status, and event history.
